INTERVIEW QUESTION 1 – Introduce Yourself 00:57
Keep your introduction to approximately 60 seconds. Keep it professional and talk about the skills and qualities you have and how you can add value in the role.
INTERVIEW QUESTION NUMBER 2 – WHY DO YOU WANT THIS JOB? 01:58
I recommend you say you want the job for two reasons. The role aligns with your skills and passion, and your research tells you the company is forward-thinking, innovative and supports employees so they can reach their full potential.
INTERVIEW QUESTION 3 – WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS? 03:00
The most effective way to answer this next question is to match your strengths with the job description – read the job description before your interview, because it will give you an advantage over the other candidates.
INTERVIEW QUESTION 4 – WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS? 04:13
Do not say you don’t have any weaknesses or that your weakness is that you are a perfectionist. This tough question assesses honesty and self-awareness. We all have weaknesses. There are several weaknesses you can give that are safe – impatience, struggling to say NO to people, which means you can overcommit.
INTERVIEW QUESTION 5 – HOW WOULD YOU HANDLE A CONFLICT WITH A CO-WORKER? 05:13
This question assesses accountability and collaboration skills – your ability to work with anyone in your team regardless of differences. DO NOT say you would ignore the conflict or tell your manager about it, unless you have tried everything you can to resolve it first. Here is a top-scoring answer:
INTERVIEW QUESTION 6 – WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS? 06:39
Many candidates fail their interview because they either say they don’t know where they’ll be in five years or they say they have plans to be working elsewhere. Remember this: It takes a lot of time, effort and resources to find a suitable candidate for a job role. Therefore, the hiring manager ideally wants someone who would like to build a long-term career at their company.
INTERVIEW QUESTION 7 – WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU? 07:51
The hiring manager is going to use your answer and the answers of all the other candidates to determine which one can add the most value. I recommend you give 3 reasons why they should hire you. Here they are in my brilliant, top-scoring answer:
INTERVIEW QUESTION 8 – WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR CURRENT COMPANY? 09:02 Whatever you do, do not be negative or disrespectful about your current or former employer, co-workers or manager. Be professional in your answer – the best reasons for wanting to leave a new job include:
Career Growth
“I’m looking for opportunities to develop my skills and progress to the next level in my career.”
A New Challenge
“I’m ready for a fresh challenge where I can take on more responsibility and make a greater impact.”
Better Alignment
“I want to work in a role and organisation that better aligns with my skills, long-term goals and values.”
INTERVIEW QUESTION 9 – WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR IN YOUR NEXT JOB? 10:31
Do not say you are looking for fun, a great salary or generous benefits and time off. The question is being asked to determine if what you are looking for aligns with the company’s culture and values.
INTERVIEW QUESTION 10 – THAT’S THE END OF THE INTERVIEW. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? 11:23
If you get the opportunity to ask questions, it’s a positive sign they are considering offering you the job – don’t waste the opportunity by asking foolish questions. Instead, ask questions that further demonstrate your passion for the role.

Hi we have had managers who were cook and were employed as managers and were not knowing their duties and responsibilities.

Quite a useful set of practices. I would have a caveat about 'SMART' decisions. This works for 'well-behaved' simple problems. Most management decisions are not like this. They are 'wicked' problems at worst, and complex at best. The first step is to find the problem. What is it we need to intervene in to create a set of circumstances that can advance our mission?

You under sold this great video and over delivered. You actually put 8 tips not 7!
1. Setting high standards
2. Praise your staff.
3. Find out your teams strengths (though this could go in SWOT)
4. Do nothing
5. Use team meetings wisely

doing nothing is important as manager. as in job interview dont reveal your minimum acceptable compensation untill the last possible moment. attempt to have your counterpart to reveal their cards first, regardless if it is human interaction or maturity wihin circumstances.

Thank you for sharing. I got a swift reply on messaging his mail box. I am very excited about the prospect of using cryptocurrency, not just as a money equivalent, but using it as a way to earn something as a result of doing some type of work.
