To help you pass your interview, I will cover the following 3 things during this tutorial:
#1. I will tell you why it is so important to have a 30, 60, and 90-day plan in place if you are a manager, supervisor, or leader.

#2. I will give you three plans to use… one for 30 days, one for 60 days, and one for 90 days. These plans are perfect for all management, supervisor, and leadership roles.

#3. I will then tell you where you can download the 3 plans, and all you have to do is print them off and use them during your interview to be the standout candidate!

To begin with, why it is so important to have a 30, 60, and 90-day plan if you are applying to become a manager, supervisor, or leader?
Well, during your interview, the hiring manager will probably ask you the interview question:

What Will You Do In The First 30, 60, And 90 Days Of Starting Work In The Role?

Now, unless you have a definitive plan already prepared you will not be able to answer this question and you could end up failing as a result.

    Dear Richard,

    I m following you on your funtastic video on youtube, you are the best tecaher to pass the inteview. I did the inteview interview after self assessment test. During the inteview I didnt have chance to show the 30/60/90 plans prepared as per your suggestion. Do you think it is usefull if I send it now after the interview to the hiring manager to show that in a proactively way I worked on it because im very interested and motivated in this position?

    Sadly even though this information is great. Plus all of your other videos, which have educated me a lot on things. They were not enough to get a job at Games Workshop.
    Their hiring process is long. I will try again someday. But even your plan structure wasnt good enough to get me the job. 🙁 I am not underqualified. But, I bet they had a more educated candidate.

3. Sample Answer to “How Do You Handle Sales Objections?”

Example Response:

“I handle sales objections by first listening carefully to the prospect’s concern. For example, if a customer says, ‘The price is too high,’ I acknowledge their concern by saying, ‘I understand that budget is a key consideration.’ Then, I explore further by asking, ‘What specific features or benefits are most important to you?’ This allows me to highlight the value our product offers and compare it to the competition.

I then respond by showcasing ROI or offering solutions like flexible payment options. My goal is to ensure the customer feels heard while demonstrating how our solution meets their needs.”

4. Common Sales Objections & How to Overcome Them

Here are some of the most common sales objections and responses:

“The price is too high.”

Response: “I completely understand. Let’s look at how our solution provides long-term value and cost savings.”

“I need more time to think about it.”

Response: “I get that! What’s the main concern holding you back?”

“We’re already working with another vendor.”

Response: “That’s great! What do you like most about their service, and what would you improve?”

“I don’t see the need for this right now.”

Response: “Can I ask what your biggest challenges are currently? Our solution might help in ways you haven’t considered.”

5. Pro Tips for Answering This Question in an Interview

I assessed the outstanding workload and allocated some tasks to the remaining team members based on their strengths. For the technical-related functions, I found an online contractor who was qualified to do the work remotely. By thinking outside the box and acting quickly, I overcame this challenge and completed the project on time and to the required standard.
