India is asleep, it still wants to reinvent the wheel, China built its skill by hiring foreign skill to build and train Chinese manpower.

If you want skilled manpower go into world market and employ foreign skill, have them build and train Indians.

If you want to build a quick manufacturing get all big Indian players together and employ skilled foreign skill to build it and train Indians.
